Genesis Plastic Technologies is a trusted provider of custom plastic injection molding services. Our production volume capabilities range from thousands for full pack-out and assembly up to 20 million components annually. For full mold build projects, we partner with outside machine companies.

We work with a wide variety of injection molding materials. These include ABS, nylon, polyethylene, acetal, polystyrene, Propylene PVC, and polycarbonate.

Our advanced injection molding equipment is capable of producing shot sizes as small as 3 ounces and as large as 160 ounces. Our machines can run thicknesses of up to approximately 3/8″ wall parts with tolerances of +/- .005″ and can shoot high-cavitation molds.

We maintain quality control for all equipment and operate in a climate-controlled environment. This ensures consistent and excellent results through every step of the production process.

Genesis Plastics provides many secondary machining processes and support services to complete products. We can create custom bar codes and part labels, assist with assembly and packaging, and offer a Vendor-Managed Inventory Program.
